On-site surveys ensure we understand the personality mix, skill set requirements, and corporate culture of your organization.

» Thorough Testing

All of our candidates are thoroughly screened and tested. In addition to using the most current software to determine computer skill levels, our aptitude testing assesses individual problem-solving abilities, common sense levels and accuracy.  A switchboard evaluation ensures that reception candidates are able to handle call volume in a professional manner.  Because much of our testing is done one on one with our personnel consultants, we also have the opportunity to interact with candidates throughout the process, allowing us to assess personality and attitude.

For permanent placements, Executive Solutions will prepare personalized candidate profiles for your review. Based on our interviews and reference information, our profiles give you an easy-to-read and to-the-point snapshot of each candidate’s skill set and experience.

» Fees

Our fees are competitive, and our 3-month temp to perm option saves you the initial costs associated with vacation, statutory holidays and sick days.  Placement fees are tax deductible and cover all the costs incurred during the recruitment process including advertising, on-site visits, screening, testing, interviewing, and reference checking.

» Satisfaction Guaranteed

Executive Solutions provides a 3-month guarantee, and does 4, 8 and 12-week follow-ups with every permanent placement.  If you are not 100% satisfied, or the employee leaves within the guarantee period, we will replace him/her at no cost.

If you are seeking an exciting, new opportunity, the first thing to do is browse our Job Postings page.  This is where you will find all of the permanent positions we are currently recruiting for (this page is updated daily).  Should you find that one of the postings matches your skill set, you would then submit a resume to us.  If we feel that your skills match our client's requirements, we would bring you into our office for our interview process. 
  
Please come prepared - bring a copy of your resume in addition to your reference information.  The entire interactive process can take up to three hours to complete and you can expect to do software evaluations and a written clerical test.  Furthermore, we are also assessing your personality/attitude as well as your skill set.
